    • Booking with credits eliminates the need for separate payment for sessions.

  • You can check your remaining balance at any time using your scheduler account. Click “Check code balance” at the bottom of the scheduler to open the code checker.

  • Yes, you can! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be refunded your session credit.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your renewal date. Please note that there are no refunds for canceled memberships.
